Budgit BEHC Manguard electric chain hoists require some maintenance from the heavy duty motor brake that is easily adjusted to start or stop over standard contactor control. This minimizes the high-starting current in the motor to keep it cool extending life and allows it to increase in run time with a 10 to 1 speed ratio. Powder coat finish with a new design that allows for hook or lug suspension that can be easily exchanged to reduce headroom and can be used with any Budgit hoist trolley.

There are many options and features available on the BEHC VFD Manguard electric chain hoists including motorized trolleys, load brake, weatherproofing or waterproof coverings, corrosion-resistant, plating service, explosion-proof, food service, and spark resistance. The suspension type on a Budgit Hoist can easily change out of either Hook Mount for portable operation or Lug Mount suspension to accommodate push with single speed standard (optional 2-speed or variable frequency control for precision load spotting). Budgit Manguard trolleys are either push trolleys, geared trolleys, or motorized trolleys. H4 duty rating for rigorous service
